What We Believe

Healing Place Church what we believe

Healing Place Church is a New Testament, full-Gospel, non-denominational body of believers. We aim to bring the community together while providing the liberty of having faith and hope.

Are you interested in getting closer to God? Our church offers Bible-based sermons and teachings that dive deep into the Gospels and seek to build a relationship with God. Our church ministry provides an opportunity for group worship and rejoicing in the joys of life. At the same time, your relationship with God is essential. We teach the power of prayer and scripture so you can get close to God in your own heart and strengthen your personal relationship with Him.

“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” (John 1:5)

The challenges of life can often be too much to bear. You’re not alone. God is with you. He is with you always, even in the darkest days. As He says, “I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” (Matthew 28:20) He is the light that illuminates our path forward. In our congregation, we pray, study, and work to follow His light every day.

The Liberty of Faith and Hope

What does it mean to have the liberty of having faith and hope? God’s love for you is infinite, and the Word of God is there for everyone. Every person should have the liberty in their connection with God and not be controlled by any other authority. True faith and hope free people to develop a relationship with God. Community plays a central role in growing, strengthening, and deepening that faith, but in the end, it is your relationship with God that will lead you to live your destiny.

Faith and hope set you free to live the life that God has planned for you.

What is a Non-Denominational Church?

As a non-denominational church, we are still a church of Christ. We are not affiliated with traditional denominations of Christianity such as Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, or Lutheran. Healing Place Church approaches the love of Christ and the Gospels through worship, prayer, song, and Bible Study. Through our community-building and strengthening of friendships, we find comfort in God’s love and wisdom in his teachings.

Our services, marriage counseling, Bible studies, and outdoor activities have a strong Biblical foundation, always emphasizing the love and joy that God teaches.
